Voter Files

    APT maintains several client-proprietary files which may or may not be available for public use. Additionally, we build several other state-wide voter files each cycle for widespread retail use. We make these files available to Democrats and those like-minded for purposes consistent with their respective state laws. Sometimes our clients will make their files available too, so if you do not see your state name below, please inquire.

    Since most elections occurring in this cycle will be held later in 2010, many of the state files are ready, while others are in development. We are currently offering ten statewide files with two more due for completion soon. The list of states follows, with links to basic count reports for the files.

    All of our files have been processed through the Basic Sanitation routines described on the Data Services page to ensure maximum standardization and quality. The files are all NCOA matched, telephone matched and linked to a consumers file quarterly. We can update either the NCOA or telephone match processes, or both, at the time an order is placed at the customer's request.
