APT Data Services is pleased to offer these new services in 2010:
Email Broadcasting Platform If you are looking for a way to send out a broadcast email to your private email list, you may
now turn to APT. We can help you deliver your email messages, no matter whether your email list is large or small. In your
messages, you may link to video, add photos and hyperlink to your website. Our system contains reporting features, as well as the
capability for you to insert "forward to a friend" and "unsubscribe" buttons in your messages. Once you establish your account,
all you will need to do is import your email records into our system, send yourself a test and approve it. After that, you will be able
to deploy broadcast email messages - either to your full email account list or to a subset of it that you define. You can use our
service with no flat monthly fees or long term service contracts, as often or infrequently as you choose.
Email Address Appends to Your File APT now offers email appending services. You can use our service to
find new email addresses on your voter file, donor file or any other campaign file. First, we will take your file and
preliminarily match email addresses to it. Then we will deploy an opt-out message to remove unsubscribe email addresses
in order to comply with CAN SPAM Act. Thereafter you will ber able to deliver your messages to a clean email file and
achieve maximum positive impact. Due to the intensive nature of email matching and the opt-out process, you should plan ahead
for a 2-3 week turn-around time for this service, but it will be well worth it!
Cell Phone Number Match Beginning this year, APT is offering cell phone matching services. You can use our service
to find cell phone numbers and communicate more effectively with voters who are no longer reachable on land lines. This is
an invaluable tool - especially as you seek to reach out to younger voters. Turn-around time for this match is 2 weeks, so
you do need to plan ahead to cell match your file.
Text Message Deployment You can now turn to APT to deliver text messages to the cell phones that we have matched
to your list. Our cell phone owners have chosen to receive third party communications, which makes the recipients of your text
messages more receptive to this communication route.
